At Modesta, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and unworn
Be unwashed
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in its original packaging where possible
Be free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, makeup or excessive handling
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item received is defective
The wrong item was delivered
The return has been approved as a warranty claim
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Modesta cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including original tags and packaging.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
